a. Cape Town Warehouse Pickup (Free):
– Customers in Cape Town have the option to pick up their orders directly from 9 Rigel Rd Nerissa Estate, Cape Town, 7780
b. Aramex (Cost: R99):
– Aramex is our expedited shipping option for faster delivery.
– The shipping cost for Aramex is R99.
– Delivery duration is estimated to be between 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
– Customers will receive a tracking number via email for real-time tracking of their shipment.
2. Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed immediately.
3. Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only offer shipping within South Africa.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
4. Order Tracking:
- For PEP Paxi and Aramex shipments, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
- Use the tracking number on the respective courier’s website for real-time updates on your shipment.
